As of now, I take payments through PayPal invoices and Ko-fi! I also accept vouchers (someone else paying for you). Prices are in USD.
Payment must be sent upfront before starting the commission; if the payment hasn't been sent in 48 hours (without prior notification) your commission will be cancelled.
Updates will be done weekly even if there's no work done/advanced; if I don't reach out to you, feel free to DM me!
When commissioning art for an OC, any art showing the design works.
General turnaround time varies from within 1 week to 1.5 months (one month and a half), sometimes I struggle with a piece for a variety of reasons (burnout, IRL problems, etc.), I'll notify you if this is the case so you don't need to worry about your commission.
I'll only do refunds in the case that I can't complete your commission or of my own irresponsibility.
For commercial usage, the price will increase by 50% (e.g.: a 25$ comm + commercial usage: 37.5$)

Commercial usage of my art is not allowed unless stated otherwise between the interested parts.
Feeding my art into generative artificial intelligence (AI) is strictly prohibited.
My art can be used for inspiration!

You own the character's design rights but I reserve the rights of my artwork.
Once you purchase a design made by me, you're allowed to redesign it in any way you desire; I support the creativity and malleability of design concepts.
The design can be used in merch, video games, etc. The only thing I kindly ask for is credits (such as "design originally made by Mediterrarko").
Do not claim the design as your own creation / work (only if you actually modify the design which puts your work into it).
The design can be resold at any price, it's your character now!
My designs can be used as a source of inspiration, never to make copies of them.
